Silent Hill: Townfall trophies and achievements
37 trophies: 1 Platinum, 5 Gold, 9 Silver and 22 Bronze, all offline. Difficulty does not affect any of them, but the game has no chapter select, so the ones tied to a place or a moment need planning.

What makes the platinum awkward
- Can I go back to a chapter?
- No. There is no chapter select and no free roam after the story, so a missed trophy means reloading one of your own saves or starting again. PowerPyx counts 17 trophies as missable for that reason, though it does not list which. The game keeps 1 autosave slot and 20 manual slots.
- Does collecting carry over?
- Yes. Progress toward the counting trophies, such as documents and phone numbers, is kept between playthroughs, and New Game Plus is there to finish them.
- Does the difficulty matter?
- No trophy asks for a difficulty. PowerPyx says everything can be done on the lowest setting, Story Mode, with puzzles on Hinted.
- How long does it take?
- PowerPyx puts the platinum at 15–25 hours and rates it 4/10; its own step plan adds up to about 13 hours without the optional last run. The hardest trophy, by its reckoning, is Fleeting Visit: the whole game in under four hours. How long the story alone takes is on the length page.

The checklist
Grouped by what you do to earn each one. 4 can only be earned in New Game Plus and are marked: two endings that exist only there, the reward one of them gives, and finishing New Game Plus itself. Story and ending trophies sit behind folds because their names give away what happens.

Two that need a clean run
One asks you not to heal during two missions, Rounds and The Patient; those are chapters 5 and 7, and their place in the game is on the chapters page. Another asks you not to save at a phone after a certain meeting; PowerPyx reads that as a whole playthrough without manual saves after the first one the game makes you do, and notes that autosaves still happen, so it is less harsh than it sounds.
Where the rest lead
The collectible trophies count documents, postcards, phone numbers, resource containers and signals picked up on the handheld television, which the CRTV page explains. The fighting and sneaking ones ask for specific kills and distractions; how fights and stealth work is on the combat page. The flare gun, one of the seven weapons Creative Process asks you to kill with, sits in a numbered locker whose code is on the codes page.
