Silent Hill: Townfall on PC

On PC the game is on Steam, for Windows only. Annapurna’s page also links the Epic Games Store, but Epic’s own page could not be opened to check it.

What Steam lists

  • Windows 11, 64-bit. Mac and Linux are marked false.
  • Single-player only. Steam’s categories show no multiplayer entry.
  • Full controller support, with DualShock and DualSense marked as supported, and a Gamepad Recommended flag.
  • Thirteen interface languages. Full voice acting is marked for English and Japanese only.

Four steps for a PC player

Check the system

Windows 11, 64-bit, with 16 GB of RAM at the minimum. Mac and Linux are not listed. The full spec, and a checker for your own numbers, is on the system requirements page.

Pick the store

Steam is the store whose page could be read. Epic is linked from Annapurna’s page and covered below. The pre-order bonus differs by store: Steam’s page lists one CRTV skin, explained on the pre-order bonus page.

Pick the edition

Standard, or Deluxe with its 48-hour head start. Contents are on the editions page, and Steam’s price in each region on the price page.

Know how many can play

One. Steam lists single-player only; what that does and does not settle is on the multiplayer page. Valve has not rated the game for its handheld either; see the Steam Deck page.

Annapurna’s page has a pre-order button that links the Epic Games Store, and Screen Burn lists Epic among its platforms. Epic’s page itself blocks scripted requests, so these are Not found there: the price, whether the Deluxe Edition and its early access match Steam, and the unlock time. What would change this: opening Epic’s page in a browser and reading it. GOG, the Microsoft Store and Xbox on PC: Not found; see the Xbox page, and the whole board on the platforms page.

One instant for the whole world

Steam holds a single release timestamp, so PC players everywhere unlock together, and the Deluxe head start has its own single instant. The Steam page prints the day in Pacific time, which is why it can differ by one from other sources.
