Townfall editions: Standard vs Deluxe
Two editions are listed: Standard at $49.99 and Digital Deluxe at $59.99 on Steam’s US store. Deluxe adds a bonus application, an alternate outfit for Simon and 48-hour early access, and it is digital only.
Which edition fits you?

What each edition contains
The rows below come from Steam’s edition table and the PlayStation Store. Both editions also carry the pre-order skin bonus, which the two stores list differently; that split is on the pre-order bonus page, and the skins are cosmetics for the CRTV.
What Deluxe adds
PlayStation.Blog’s launch post lists the extras in one line: “Bonus Application containing an interactive artbook and digital soundtrack, plus 48-hour early access”. Published in PlayStation.Blog: launch announcement
- Bonus Application. Steam’s listing adds a note that the contents cannot be downloaded from the application in a selected format. Only the fan site Silent Hill Memories calls the soundtrack a shorter set of highlights; neither store says so.
- Simon’s Outfit: Alternate. Named on both the Steam page and the PlayStation Store.
- 48-hour early access. Steam’s edition table gives it to Deluxe only. When it opens in your time zone is on the early access page; the launch time for everyone else is on the release date page.
Digital only, and boxed copies
Steam’s announcement labels the Digital Deluxe Edition as digital only. Stated in Steam announcements (ISteamNews API) A boxed copy is a different product, the PS5 Day One Edition: the physical copy page lays out the boxed route and the steelbook page covers the bundle with a case.
Is there a collector’s edition?
Only one fan site, Silent Hill Memories, addresses it, and it says none was announced. Said on Silent Hill Memories: editions Not found in either first-party store listing: a third edition.

The amounts above are the US ones. Steam prices both editions in 15 regions and the PlayStation Store has its own numbers in several markets: the price table has both, and the price question covers what has and has not been said about the number itself.
