Steam has one unlock instant for the whole world. PlayStation unlocks at local midnight in each store region. Put your zone in and read your own time, then check the platform, edition and price answers below. Each one links to the page that said it.

One instant on PC, six on PS5
Steam publishes a single release instant, so a PC player anywhere gets the game at the same moment. PlayStation Store regions each carry their own release time, set to local midnight, and the US store uses one instant for the whole country. The Deluxe Edition’s early access starts 48 hours before that. Steam states its instant; the PS5 one is worked out from the store’s own release time and marked as inferred. The full table for every row is on the release-time page, and what the early access includes is on the early-access page.

Questions to settle before launch
Everything else, by what you are trying to do
Deciding what to buy comes down to price and format. The odd part is why it costs less than a big-budget release, and whether you can hold it in your hands is on the physical copy page.
Once you are playing, the questions are about the game itself: where it is set on the setting page, why every second of it is seen through a first-person camera, how fights and stealth work on the combat page, what the pocket television is on the CRTV page, and whether anyone can join you on the multiplayer page.
For who made it and what critics scored it: the developer, the voice cast, the composer question, the review scores and every official trailer. Changes to this site are listed on the updates page.

One skin or two?
Steam's page lists one pre-order skin. The PlayStation Store lists two. No source says the second is PS5-only.
A steelbook outside Europe?
Amazon UK lists one. Whether it is Europe-only comes from one outlet's report, and no publisher page says so.
Mainline or spin-off?
The publisher says full-length and self-contained. Outlets call it mainline; Wikipedia calls it a spin-off.
