Does Silent Hill: Townfall have Denuvo?
Steam’s page for the game lists no Denuvo and no other third-party DRM, and asks for no outside account. Those two notices are where a Steam page names third-party DRM and outside accounts.
Notice fields and categories: Steam store data (appdetails) · Store page: Steam store page
No DRM notice on the Steam page. What would change this: a DRM or third-party account notice added to the Steam page.
What the listed features mean for you
Steam Cloud is listed, so saves are stored with your Steam account. Family Sharing is listed, so people in your Steam family group can play the copy you bought, within Steam’s own rules for that feature. Neither says anything about playing offline; the Steam page does not state an offline mode either way. The PC’s own requirements, Windows 11 only among them, are on the system requirements page.
The report that it shipped without Denuvo
When the Deluxe early access opened, the Russian site PlayGround.ru reported that the game had come out without Denuvo. The same short article lists Xbox Series X|S among the launch platforms, which PlayStation’s own trailer end card rules out (the Xbox page has that wording), so it is not what this page rests on. The Steam page is. Reported by PlayGround.ru: early release without Denuvo
On PS5
Denuvo is a PC question. The PS5 version is sold through the PlayStation Store, covered on the PS5 page, and where the PC version is sold, Steam and the Epic store, is on the PC page.
